Perfect. Installed and running.

Works ok. I am a long time Quicken user, who like everyone else was forced to update. The biggest issue I found was that none of my saved reports converted correctly (had close to 20). All of the reports had to be recreated and resaved. Other than that and the nagging registration process, it seems to work okay.
Price was good & shipping was quick from Buy Depot.

It performed as I expected it to.........and the cost for the item was terrific. I will buy from Buy Depot again judging by this purchase.

I recently downloaded Quicken 2014 Deluxe to replace 2011 which is soon to be extinct. Downloading was a disaster and eventually I had to get a human to help me load the new program. Should not have been that difficult. So now I have 2014 and I really can't see much difference from the old 2011 version. Very similar interface, etc. Works fine for what I need, but I feel Intuit created a situation where they needed to make more money (i.e. no longer supporting 2011.)

My Quicken Deluxe 2014 arrived in less then two weeks, it was the best price I've seen anywhere. Just insert the disk and it installed over 2011 without a hitch. And I've gotten used to the idea that Intuit forces you to buy a new version every three years, whether you need it or not.

I purchased the new Quicken from Buy Depot since they had the best price of any retailer with free shipping and no state income tax. There were some Amazon vendors who had it a few bucks cheaper, but this was reliable. The actual upgrade took approximately 7 or 8 minutes and none of my settings were tampered with which always seems to happen. I'm probably good for 3 years now.

The software is great.. Been using Quicken for 10+ years. Service and delivery was fast. Will buy from this vendor in the future.

The product's mobile sync feature fails to work with Bank of America. Intuit's fault or BoA's fault does not matter. BoA is my primary bank. My reason for the upgrade to Q2014 was the mobile sync feature. Thus the primary reason to sync to the primary account fails my needs entirely.

I've been a Quicken user since 1993. I used to love it; for about a decade it was perfectly nimble, met all my needs, and I never found any bugs. Starting about six years ago -- a guess, but it was when they seemed to completely re-write it -- it's gone downhill. I just updated to 2014 and, as Mike Myers used to say, "If it ain't Scottish, it's cr-r-rap". This new version is not only riddled with bugs but it's excruciatingly slow, and the screen blinks repeatedly when it's "thinking" -- i.e. carrying out a task, such as saving an entry.
I'm completely fed up with it, but I feel like they've got me by the gonads: I have over 20 years of data in this beast and nowhere to go with it.

I've used Quicken for years. I did not want to update, but Quicken made me do it to maintain online connectivity to my accounts. I don't see anything new, but I don't want any thing new. Only 4 stars because the user interface is not intuitive or friendly, but once learned it seems to work OK.
As for the vendor: great price/prompt shipping/no problems
